    Position Summary:
    A SPENGA Front Desk Employee is a positive, energetic, independent, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of existing members and manages new member sales

    Qualifications:
    Strong management and leadership abilitiesPrevious sales experience is valuedWillingness to learn multiple aspects of daily studio operating proceduresMotivation and driveExcellent customer service and sales skillsExperience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, spin and yoga are a plus

    Job Requirements:

    Sell memberships and retailMeet and exceed sales and retention expectationsRetain and increase client participationSet up, clean, and reset studio equipment before and after sessionsMaintain clean facilityAs a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio Compensación: $12.00 per hour SPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best.

    In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
