Your Expertise:

  • Process Mastery: Deep understanding of Section 8, Rent Control, rent setting, and market rates.
  • Market Rate Pricing: Proficiency in analyzing market data and setting competitive rental rates.
  • Renovation Expertise: Track record in managing renovations and navigating legal processes when needed.

On Approach:
Oversee projects and maintain property appearance.
