Description
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Office Associate to join our team.

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Process incoming Purchase orders
  • Prepare packing list, and shipping labels
  • Pick, inspect, pack and prepare product for shipping
  • Track daily inventory for multiple warehouse
- update inventory info on website and QuickBooks

  • General office admin duties
  • Inventory organization
  • Handle weekly office maintenance tasks in warehouse and office.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Must be able to lift 40-75lb box:

  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling customer calls
  • Proficient with MS Excel, outlook and Power point
  • Experience with Purchase order processing procedure on QuickBooks or similar programs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Shipping processing experience, PL, UPS, USPS
  • Data entry experience
  • Minimum 2 year of customer service experience
  • Must have 2 years or more of warehouse work experience
