- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), conducting pre-operational equipment checks, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents.
- Ensure products are handled and stored to preserve their quality and prevent damage.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to coordinate the movement of materials and meet operational goals.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Utilizes light warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and carts.
- High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
- 3+ years of related work experience preferred (e.g. warehouse operations)
- Aptitude to learn how to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrap machine, etc.).
- Ability to operate a standard truck/vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Familiar with basic warehouse software/systems preferred (ORACLE, CHAT Pallet Builder, etc.).

The Warehouse Operator I position will work safely to move products throughout the warehouse where the individual is located. The person in this position will understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail resulting in error-free work, will demonstrate the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy, utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking own and others' outputs. This position will accurately gauge the impact and cost of errors, omissions and oversights and learn from mistakes and apply lessons learned.
Job and Responsibilities:
Variable, consisting of both the office environment and the manufacturing floor. Potential hazards include proximity of moving machinery. The position may require an individual to stand, stoop, move equipment; bend, reach, or lift for prolonged periods of time. PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection and sanitary footwear.
