Your tasks:

Coordination of domestic and international shipments
Monitoring of deadlines, creation of transportrelated documents and customs declarations
Regular communication and close collaboration with the warehouse
Organization and tracking of transports for customers, including coordination with freight forwarders and transport service providers
Competent and proactive contact person for our customers for all matters
Continuous improvement of processes in your area and implementation of optimization ideas together with the team and customers

Your qualifications:

Commercial education, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services
Understanding of logistical processes and their handling
Good MS Office skills
Good English skills in spoken and written form
