- Current RN license to practice in California.
- Minimum of 1 year MDS completion preferred.
- Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%.
- BLS certification required and maintained.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within 6 months and maintained.
- Must take and pass an Arrhythmia Recognition class within 6 months of employment or proof of competency.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and co-workers.
- Ability to provide RN leadership in a positive direction that is consistent with the policies, goals, objectives, mission and vision of the Hospital and Nursing Department.
