    Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a leading North American company, paving the way for operational excellence & high-quality execution, that provides value driven, sustainable components and assembly solutions. As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the union associates, analyzing various HR metrics, and occasionally assisting with associate issues.

    *Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, SHRM/PHR certification preferred
    • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a automotive & union environment
    • Understanding of HR laws & best practices
    • Experience implementing new policies and procedures
    • MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and Payroll experience
    • Proactive, polished, and professional attributes with a desire to grow your career
    • Impeccable communication skills
