As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the union associates, analyzing various HR metrics, and occasionally assisting with associate issues.

*Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required, SHRM/PHR certification preferred
• 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a automotive & union environment
• Understanding of HR laws & best practices
• Experience implementing new policies and procedures
• MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and Payroll experience
• Proactive, polished, and professional attributes with a desire to grow your career
• Impeccable communication skills
