- Develop complete structural designs and construction documents from project initiation to project completion.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as necessary.
- Develop various written documents as required by customers such as feasibility studies, structural analysis reports with supporting calculations and site visit assessment reports.
- Collaborate on designs and drawings with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, subcontractors, project managers and construction managers. Communicate with clients to understand the project requirements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 3+ years of experience in structural engineering
- Proficiency in structural design software
- Design experience using steel, aluminum, wood and concrete materials.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required

Haley Ward is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of new structures and infrastructure projects.
