Description

The incumbent will have:

3+ years of manufacturing management/supervisory experience

- a bachelor's or associate's degree in business, engineering, or other related fields AND/OR 5+ years of overall manufacturing experience
- proficiency with hand and power tools (ideally experience using them in a manufacturing/assembly environment)
- proficiency in interpreting blueprints/shop drawings
- experience planning production lines
- strong personnel management and communication skills, including strong integrity and the ability to deliver tough messages
- computer competency, specifically with the MS Office suite

Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.

Pay rate:
$ $80000
