Who We're Looking For:


As a key member of the Quality
team, the
Complaints Administrator will maintain assigned quality management system processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

The main purpose of this job is to execute the Complaint Handling process.


About the Role:

Perform complaint administration and manage other Quality Management System processes as assigned:

  • Evaluate potential product issues and allegations to determine if the complaint process is applicable.
  • Complete complaint investigations and failure analysis.
  • Evaluate complaints for regulatory reportability and create and submit reports that comply with applicable regulations.
  • Perform complaint record administration in the electronic system.
  • Review and approve complaint records.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated command of the English language (oral and written)
  • High school diploma or equivalent and prior related job experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of quality and engineering standards and medical device quality and safety requirements
  • Familiar with ISO 13485
