- Implement an effective comprehensive mental health/substance abuse services program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of care delivered to patients.
- Provide fiscal management to develop budgets, project costs and monitor expenses.
- Oversee personnel management activities including position management, recruitment, employee relations, and conduct staff meetings and conferences, develop job performance standards and assist in the proper evaluation and ratings of employees.
- Make provisions to ensure the DDU is operated within the standards of accreditation bodies.
