Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Floor Maintenance:Perform routine cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing of various types of flooring surfaces, including hardwood, tile, vinyl, and carpet, using appropriate equipment and chemicals.

Floor Restoration: Assess the condition of floors and execute restoration processes to remove stains, scratches, and other imperfections, ensuring a revitalized and attractive appearance.

Equipment Operation: Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications, addressing any deficiencies promptly and effectively.

Safety Compliance:Follow established safety procedures and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for floor care operations, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred.
Proficiency in operating floor care equipment and knowledge of appropriate cleaning techniques and chemicals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Physical stamina and dexterity to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and supplies.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
