Conventional Turner (m/f/d)

Location: Haan, RheinlandType of employment: Shift, Full-timeWorking hours: Hours per week

Your mission

  • Set up machines according to plan
  • Perform tool changes
  • Insert, clamp and align workpieces in the machine
  • Check parts for dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness
  • Report machine malfunctions to superiors or have them fixed
  • Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Safely pack and transport parts to the next process step

Your superpowers

  • Preferably completed apprenticeship with IHK examination as a machinist - specialization in turning technology
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of CNC turning
  • Excellent knowledge of programming and operating CNC machines (Siemens, OKUMA or FANUC control)
  • Knowledge of single and series production
  • Knowledge of quality assurance
  • Organizational skills
