Basic Qualifications:


  • An active Secret Clearance, with the ability to gain a Top Secret Clearance if necessary.
  • Extensive ISD experience, especially supporting AR/VR tools and products
  • Excellent writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience reading and creating training on technical data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and several Learning Content Management Systems
  • Agile development experience in a courseware setting
  • Experience using a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) as a developer.
  • Experience using TEAMS and JIRA
  • Experience with Multi-Media Design Architecture and eLearning standards, including Interactivity Levels 2, 3, and 4, SCORM, and Web environments

Desired Skills:


  • A Master's degree in a related field
  • DominKnow experience
  • Unity Experience
  • Proven experience working with AR/VR training
  • Extensive experience producing highfidelity DoD courseware in a classified environment

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.


Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
