    About the Role


    We are looking forfull-time pediatric clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14.

    We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families

    Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.

    Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
    Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting


    About You:
    Masters level therapists _independently_ licensed in California, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
    1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
    Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
    Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services


    Schedule :
    32 hours a week or 40 hours a week option
    Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families
    The majority of clinical sessions will occur after 2pm PST and/or on the weekend in order to accommodate childrens' schedules


    Compensation:

    We provide a set base plus RVU model:
    40 hours a week: $103,000/yr

    32 hours a week: $84,000/yr
