Overview:
Lead Pharmacy Analytics Team to support the Pharmacy Division with data analytics and reporting needed. Monitor and assign daily tasks based on priority, dues dates and analysts' workload. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of proposals and reporting. Support analysts' team with coaching, mentoring, and training needs.


What You'll Do:

  • Training and coaching of direct reports.
  • SME and primary technical resource for analyst team.
  • Manage daily assignments and workload.
  • Manage completion and delivery of cost comparisons and savings analyses for prospects.
  • Oversee financial responses to Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Manage the delivery of monthly or quarterly scheduled client reports.
  • Implement new services, processes, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and provide Adhoc analysis and reports as requested.
  • Identify and adjust workflow as needed for efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of nine (9) years' experience as an analyst in the Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management industry required.
  • Ability to translate pharmacy contracts.
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple priorities with acute attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: ability to do pivot tables and advanced excel formulas
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail oriented and results driven.
  • Build relationships and create a sense of trust and reliability with internal and external customers.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $117, US Dollar) annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility.
