Job description
Inhabitr is looking for a go-getter to assist with the sales process. This is a hunting role that requires organization and strong knowledge of the multi-family + student housing industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Set appointments for Sales Leader to connect or close deals with clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.
- Manage and develop outbound outreach strategy, schedule callbacks and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Call leads from a database list and research potential prospects.
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
- Generate sales appointments and inside sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
- Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication, and strong listening skills.
- Utilize, maintain, and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers about all products, services, and packages along with competitors' offerings.
Qualifications
- Understand the multifamily and student housing real estate landscape
- Experience working onsite at a multi/student property
- Great written and verbal skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Highly Organized and responsible
- Business minded

Pay:
$39, $65,000.00 per year
