Your tasks You are responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP, including the preparation and submission of tax and statistical reports (VAT return, Z4, Intrastat) You manage and monitor balance sheet and income statement accounts and check them for plausibility In day-to-day business, you are responsible for reviewing and settling travel expense claims as well as posting bank transactions (outgoing payments / general ledger postings) You are the central contact person for tax-related issues in the company and ensure compliance with legal requirements You contribute to and participate in the improvement of processes in financial accounting You are responsible for reconciling with intercompany companies as part of group consolidation Your profile You are a certified tax specialist (m/f/d) or have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a tax accountant (m/f/d) You have good tax knowledge, especially in VAT law You have gained SAP knowledge in practice or theoretically You have good MS Office skills (Word, Excel) Your thorough and independent way of working, meeting
