    Must Have:

    • Investigation and root cause analysis skills, 2. Technical writing knowledge, 3. Organization and Communication skills, 4. Process Validation and Computer software validation knowledge
    " Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze data

    " Ability to work with department peers and middle-management within the marketing, engineering, and manufacturing functional groups.

    Bachelors in mechanical or industrial engineering

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Will execute validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) for mfg. assembly process for catheter manufacturing

    Will organize builds for validation execution with operators and assemblers

    Draft reports and execute statistical analysis

    Understand assembly process in-detail

    good process engineering knowledge

    Work with custom fixtures that are electromechanical

    Work in a team collaboration environment

    Top 3 technical skills that you are required for the role:

    experience in medical device and especially catheter mfg. environment

    experience in running validations

    IQ/OQ/PQ

    experience with regulatory bodies and compliance for process validations

    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling. Designs arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.

    Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.

    Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.

    Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.

    Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques. Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.


    SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:
    Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.

    The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).

    Required Knowledge and Experience:
    Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

    Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
