- BS in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in lean manufacturing.
- Experience in the medical device or other regulated industry.
- Proficiency with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.
- Experience in process validation and remediation within a regulated environment.
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Validate manufacturing processes and implement remedial actions to address deficiencies.
- Manage CAPA processes to identify issues, formulate solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
