Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

Reporting to the Associate Director of HR, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting and driving the full-cycle recruitment functions for California Retina Consultants.

This position will be responsible for sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, advising on best practices, and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and data privacy requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand through various channels, such as social media, employer review sites, and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Experience

Proven ability to effectively recruit top talent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Must have the ability to work independently
Excellent organization and followup skills
Ability to adjust to the changing needs of the organization
Strong knowledge and understanding of employment/labor laws
Desire to work as a team with a resultsdriven approach
Ability to utilize multiple computer systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
One to three years of experience as a recruiter
