Chewy is looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Supply Chain Outbound Order Routing team based in Bellevue, WA offices.
The Supply Chain Outbound Order Routing team is currently focused on reducing costs and driving bottom line impact through optimization and inventive software solutions.
This team is expected to set the standard for optimization and automation of essential processes to continue exceeding customer expectations and digging in operationally to drive cost savings opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced product leader with a builder mentality and passion for working backwards from customer problems to identify and execute innovative solutions.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of new systems and features that meet the unique needs of our internal and external partners.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through execution, using your expertise in project management, data analysis, user experience, and market research to achieve business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering successful products in partnership with science and engineering organizations.
What You will Do:
A team member in this role is required to solve multidimensional challenges and prioritize competing initiatives by balancing risk, impact, and goal achievement.
A successful team member in this role can drive execution within and across the team and resolve complex issues independently with limited guidance/support.

Our salary range for a Senior Technical Product Manager position is $135,500 - $215,000.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and an annual equity grant.We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval.
Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO).
Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
