- You lead a team of Product Managers to build products that empower Marketplace sellers to offer fast delivery options to Walmart's customers, helping them maximize success by providing insights and recommendations to boost sales and minimize costs.
- You collaborate with various teams to set the vision and create solutions that offer sellers the data they need to make informed decisions and take action for growth.
- You champion the seller experience, from enhancing the user interface to leveraging data science for new insights.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Customer-centric approach to developing solutions
- Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience in working with software engineers and UX designers
- Background in Supply Chain, process design, or operational excellence
- Strong communication skills with senior executives and key stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a challenging, Fortune 1 environment
- Developing product strategy: Create roadmaps for initiatives that help sellers optimize their offerings on Walmart's platform.
- Owning end-to-end solutions: Manage system solutions and ensure comprehensive ownership by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Leading product initiatives: Address critical business issues, drive process changes, and set standards for Product Manager deliverables.
- Collaborating cross-functionally: Translate product strategies into roadmaps, work on agile engineering sprints, and engage with various teams for successful product launches.
- Driving innovation and speed: Take features from ideation to full launch efficiently in an agile team environment.
