Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Voorhees, New Jersey As a PTA, you will work fulltime in a rehabilitation therapy setting, helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other medical conditions. You will work alongside licensed physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients and their families on athome exercise programs
Assist with patient transfers and positioning
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

Requirements:

Active PTA license in the state of New Jersey
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and willingness to learn
