Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Assist attorney with preparation of documents
- Prepare casespecific documents, including memoranda and briefs
- Ensure that caserelated documents are well organized and available for review
- Schedule medical exams
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant for a workers' compensation firm or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
