salary: $ $34.13 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Position Overview: As a key member of our finance team, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll processing for our organization. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of payroll principles and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, with an understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
