About Beersheba Springs Assembly
Beersheba Springs Assembly, once a pre-civil war hotel, is now a conference and retreat center under the Tennessee-Western Kentucky Conference of the United Methodist Church. We are dedicated to providing a welcoming space for groups and individuals to connect with God and Community.

Position Summary:
As part of our Hospitality team, you will be responsible for preparing buffet-style meals, maintaining facility interiors, and ensuring a hospitable environment for our guests.

Essential Job Functions

Food preparation for various dietary needs
Cleaning and maintaining facility
Assisting with hosting duties
Operate gift shop
Flexible schedule and ability to perform physical tasks

Work Schedule & Compensation

Part-time position offering $12.00/hr in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
This role requires the ability to stand, sit, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50lbs in a kitchen/lodge/retreat setting exposed to varying temperatures.
