Banner Witcoff, a recognized leader in the practice of intellectual property law, is seeking second year law students to work in its Washington, DC office as Summer Associates for the summer of 2025.


As a Summer Associate, the student will assist in a variety of legal assignments including intellectual property counseling and opinion work, patent prosecution, and intellectual property litigation-related matters.
