    Job Description

    This key position is part of the Regional EHSQ Department, with personal reporting to the Regional EHS Manager, and professional Report to the Head of Corporate Process Safety & Risk Assessment

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications


    EDUCATION
    :

    Master's degree in chemical/safety engineering or industrial chemistry or equivalent.


    EXPERIENCE
    3+ years in Operation Roles inside the chemical industry, preferably in Factories with potential for Major Incidents.

    2+ years as EHS Manager, PHA Facilitator, or PS&RM Engineer.


    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
    Spanish is a must.

    HAZOP, HAZID, and Occupational Risk Assessment in the chemical industry.

    Explosion Protection and Fire Prevention methodologies.

    Emergency Management.

    Basics in process automation, E&I Engineering, Safety Instrumented Function.

    Thermodynamics, kinetic of chemical processes, Material Science.

    Root cause analysis methodology.

    OSHA Process Safety Management Regulation.

    NFPA standards about industrial and chemical hazards.

    Requires 50% traveling or as needed.
