    Are you seeking a fresh opportunity in the hospitality industry where you can showcase your sales expertise to attract new guests? Our vibrant hotel is in search of a sales coordinator who is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role involves addressing guest inquiries, reaching out to potential guests via networking and referrals, and supporting the sales team with administrative duties.     Salary Range:

    $18 - $20 per hour

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, engaging with them through phone and email to address queries and requests
    • Identify chances to increase revenue by upselling and offering enhancements to elevate guest satisfaction within the hotel group
    • Compile a roster of business and referral leads via research and networking, and deliver initial pitches
    • Support the sales team by coordinating schedules, organizing essential documents, and sharing pertinent details
    • Create sales presentations and various materials for potential clients, emphasizing event spaces, dining services, and facility amenities
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a bonus
    • Demonstrated proficiency in social, verbal, and negotiation skills
    • Prior experience in a hospitality role is essential for this position
    • Proven track record of successful sales endeavors
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
