We are looking for:

Operations Manager that directly manages (5-6) Managers in Production Ops and Broadcast Show and Maintenance Engineering department. Indirectly, oversees a team of approximately 50 team members.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for day to day planning and execution of core services.
  • Primary onsite point of contact for operational service related issues and escalations.
  • Lead, monitor and support Production Operations and Broadcast & Maintenance Engineering departments (46 direct reports) to ensure alignment with SLAs.
  • Participate in training and development of managers to attain optimal performance as measured by ASG and client requirements in accordance with established expectations.
  • Manage escalations, troubleshoot issues, and provide win win solutions and recommendations to find corrective action plans.
  • In coordination with Account Director and Business Operations leverages available metrics and data to drive actionable insights and inform strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate on strategic priorities and lead ongoing process and service improvement initiatives.
  • Guide change management initiatives as directed, taking responsibility for communications and execution in partnership with department managers and team leads.
  • Set reporting standards and guide the team's contribution to reporting, ensuring accuracy and relevance of deliverables.
  • Responsible for keeping clients and stakeholders informed of all relevant operational activity, impact and outcomes through both informal and formal reporting methods.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead weekly operations meetings and other key touchpoint with team and client

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Significant experience with service management, account management, and change management within corporate environments.
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and organizing matrixed crossfunctional departments and teams, including performance management, setting goals and expectations in alignment with Account Director and ASG policies.
  • Indepth experience working with executives and senior leaders
  • Knowledge of audio, video, broadcast production technology and operations
  • Familiarity with Google Apps, (docs, sheets, presentations, calendar, mail, drive, etc)
  • Experience with production estimates, invoicing and document management, scheduling and talent development.
  • Strong followthrough, attention to detail, and clear vision with the understanding of when to take accountability.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation range for this position $175,000-$200,000
.
