Basic Responsibilities

Make collection calls and/or write correspondence
Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues
Process and review account adjustments
Resolve customer discrepancies and short payments
Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
Meet department defined department goals and activity metrics
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
Enlist the efforts of supervisors/management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
Must communicate & follow up effectively with customer accounts in a timely manner

Skills & Qualifications
- ** Bilingual

English/Spanish is REQUIRED**:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented collections department
Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of company policies and procedures
Commitment to excellent customer service
Previous customer service experience a plus
High school diploma
Compensation: DOE
