Leidos QTC Health Services is in search of qualified individuals for Medical Case Specialist roles within our Veteran Affairs Operations team. In this position, you will represent the organization by directly engaging with military personnel, offering exceptional customer service at every interaction.

As a Medical Case Specialist, you will collaborate closely with veterans and the Veterans Administration to gather, record, and verify data from various sources. You will utilize specialized software to schedule appointments and maintain documentation in case management systems while providing top-notch customer service at each touchpoint.

As a Medical Case Specialist I, successful completion of a 90-day probationary period is required, during which you will be given specific objectives. This duration allows you to assess your readiness for the role while enabling Leidos QTC Health Services to evaluate your job performance. Throughout this probationary period, you will receive objectives, training, documentation, and performance feedback to support your transition into the position. Upon meeting the requirements of the probationary period, you will become a permanent staff member.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $17.20 per hour, with additional increases of 3% after 90 days and completion of training. Experience Required:
