- Make daily outbound calls to schedule medical appointments
- Communicate directly with claimants
- Triage referrals and assign appropriate medical tests
- Ensure timely scheduling and case management
- Provide necessary documentation to examinees and healthcare providers
- Handle other assigned projects and duties
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) or 2 years of relevant experience
- 0 to 1 years of related experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in coordinating patient appointments
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Initial training schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm for the first 2 weeks
- Week 3 schedule: Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (up to 3 months onsite training)
- After training, the position will be remote
- Starting pay: $17.20 per hour, with scheduled increases
