POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director is responsible for the interdisciplinary operations of the Inpatient Programs. The Director ensures exceptional, team-oriented rehabilitation care by supporting an evidence-based, "best practice" and patient-centered approach to program development. The Director ensures that the team adheres to all Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) regulations and documentation requirements. The Director oversees inpatient therapy, care coordination and IRF-PAI, and collaborates closely with nursing and providers.
Start Wage: $105,584.39
The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.
