Description
Provide general administrative and clerical support. Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor. Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls. Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations; Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations.Maintain visitor sign in log. Handle incoming and outgoing mail Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings. Maintain and tidy the reception area. Perform other duties as assigned.
Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.
Supervisory Requirements This position has no supervisor responsibilities Qualification Education and/or Experience Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
