    **What we are looking for:**

    Looking for the right candidates to join the Luck Family and the amazing growth opportunities we have coming up. He or She posses some or all of these:

    Prior pick line, assembly line, or sorting experience preferred

    Pre-operation inspections of your work area and plant

    Sorting stone, construction debris, and aggregate material flowing throughout conveyor systems.

    Separate and sort specified products and ensure consistent safe flow of products

    Assist in tasks involved with the extraction, crushing, conveying, inventory and service of aggregate stone products & construction debris, facilities and associated machinery.

    Familiarize themselves with equipment and plant to ensure safe operation and upkeeping

    Experience working in outside conditions and being exposed to climate (Rain, sun, heat, cold, all seasons)

    Open to change

    Self- motivated

    Strong work ethic

    Safety awareness and priority

    Reliable

    Passionate about the construction/ mining industry
