We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and assisting with various office tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Delivery or shipping if needed
- Conducts research and compiles data
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Support front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using tools such as Excel,Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
