Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and assisting with various office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
  • Delivery or shipping if needed
  • Conducts research and compiles data
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Support front desk operations including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Excel,Powerpoint and Word
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
