- Month end activities including but not limited to prepare and post journal entries, allocation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the development of periodic forecasts and annual budgets.
- Inventory management
- Support monthly reporting for cost center, productivity, factory scorecard etc.
- Track CAPEX project progress in terms of PO creation, invoice receipt from the vendor, reconciliation, and capitalization. Compile and report monthly CAPEX spend.
- Support all other ad-hoc initiatives in finance as well as other strategic initiatives in the plant as required.
- Coordinate with other locations to share knowledge as well as best practices.
- Actively improves processes with process improvement methods to ensure effectiveness within LGN/WSC reporting & controlling.
- Reliable team player willing to go the extra mile when necessary.
- HS diploma required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial statement analysis and modeling.
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed analytical skills and detail-orientation.
- Team-orientation with "we can do it" mentality.
- Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Knime, UiPath or any other automation and visualization tool is a plus.
- Previous experience in business unit or business segment finance
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing plant environment.
