At Titan Real Estate Group, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service to our clients, and our receptionists play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
As the face of our company, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, clients, and employees, both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
