Call Center-Customer Service Representative - Summer 2024 Temp

Canfield is looking for a temporary customer service rep to join us for the summer season

Salary:
$22 - $28 /Hour

Monday - Friday

Summer 2024 Temp position

Qualifications & Skills:


Previous experience (Must Have), 2+ years customer service and call center experience

Call Center experience 1+ years
  • Required:

  • Home services industry or Service Titan experience is a plus:
  • Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and decisionmaking skills
  • Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
  • Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attendance
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
