HR Specialist - Employer Branding (GN)

Your tasks

  • Development of comprehensive personnel marketing strategies
  • Interface between HR and marketing for the development and implementation of innovative and target groupspecific personnel marketing tools in the area of social media and other communication channels
  • Management of (social media) campaigns in collaboration with marketing, including the creation of editorial contributions and content
  • Creative implementation and conception of target groupspecific recruiting
  • Inhouse and external events (career events, job fairs, etc.)
  • Implementation of our measures in employer branding, including ensuring consistent measurement of success through KPIs to optimize resources
  • Identification of target universities and schools and planning of suitable measures in the course of university marketing
  • Active and creative further development of our employer brand
  • Participation in projects and support for administrative tasks in the recruiting area as needed
Your profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, marketing, HR, communication or a comparable education (preferably with a focus on personnel marketing)
  • First professional experience in the field of employer branding and personnel marketing
  • Good sense for the needs of target groups and trends in a changing work environment
  • Affinity for digital media and creativity in dealing with social media platforms
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with image editing programs
  • Handson mentality and implementation strength as well as a proactive way of working and high commitment
  • Empathy and service orientation with a high quality standard
