Overview:

Step into an entry-level position at Questco as an
Administrative Operations Assistant, where you'll provide essential administrative support to both our clients and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include distributing handbooks, assembling new hire packets, ensuring compliance with labor laws through the timely provision of necessary posters, and managing office supplies effectively.

Responsibilities:


What You'll Work On

  • Ensure exceptional facetoface first impression in our reception area, greet guests promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately sort incoming mail and ensure delivery to appropriate departments.
  • Process printing requests for handbooks, new hire packets, benefit enrollment forms, and various other documents
  • Maintain satisfactory office supply levels by taking inventory, monitoring usage, and adjusting supply orders as needed.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly, including answering phones, filing, and scanning as needed.

Who You Are

  • Minimum educational requirement includes a High School Diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on client interaction.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • PEO experience preferred.
