V. Association has been supporting people with disabilities and seniors since 1982 in maintaining their independence.

Through personal assistance, care, and counseling, the association offers them the opportunity to lead their lives without being patronized in their familiar environment.

We are looking for a
part-time (25 hours per week) employee (m/f/d) with a preferably educational/nursing background as an assistant manager starting from
March 1st, 2023 or later.

The responsibilities are diverse and mainly involve organizing, reflecting, and managing the assistance activities. Experience in shift planning as well as knowledge of occupational safety and working time laws are desirable.

In addition, the position holder is jointly responsible for internal training/continuing education, determining the need for assistance, and participating in data management and accounting.

Experience in the nursing field is advantageous but not a requirement. Physical and mental resilience and organizational skills are required.
