Your profile:

Your main tasks:

Industrial mechanics are responsible for the production, maintenance and monitoring of technical systems. They commission and set up production facilities or make changes to them. They work in precision engineering, mechanical and plant engineering, and production technology.
They use drawings, production and functional plans, and assemble components and assemblies. They plan and control work processes and determine machine values.
Industrial mechanics use techniques for cutting and forming, join materials together, handle tools, and consider aspects of environmental protection and occupational safety in their work.
