Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
  • Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including restocking supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • Assist with food preparation and other duties as assigned Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
  • Basic math skills for calculating orders, discounts, and change accurately
  • Experience with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and order tracking
