We are currently seeking a Front Line Associate (m/f/d) for Hannover (Lange Laube) to join our team for our continued growth:
Responsibilities:
- Providing highquality customer advice and support in the branch
- Conducting money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handling administrative tasks related to the offered products
- Performing necessary control functions during daily operations (cash management, security)
- Reporting to the Regional Manager and Branch Manager
- Adhering to internal bank policies and relevant integrity and compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in cashier or teller roles
- Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
- Excellent German language skills
- Good knowledge of foreign languages such as English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Friendly, polite, and approachable demeanor
- Strong customer orientation
