- Unload trucks from vendors and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Communicate discrepancies to the Purchasing department.
- Accurately record transactions in the Infor ERP system.
- Label incoming materials correctly and route them to appropriate locations.
- Pick up and deliver materials using company vehicles, maintaining a good driving record.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse/work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong computer skills with attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of experience in a receiving role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Infor.
