- Implement and manage project schedules and budgets
- Provide support to senior team members with project-related communications
- Anticipate project challenges and provide solutions in real time
- Travel may be required at certain times
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Please note that this position is not suited for those with an IT focused background.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Strong strategic thinker and juggler of tasks
- Demonstrable knowledge of design and construction methodologies and processes
- Experience with planning, due-diligence, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design development, and reviewing design documentation for completeness and consistency with client's objectives
- Experience with developing proposals
- Confident with contract negotiation
- Experience with managing the permitting process, construction/renovation, landlord/tenant fit-out, and commissioning and occupancy
- Advanced MS Office skills
